Get in shape and stay in shape!  Tennis Squash and swimming are all  great forms of exercise but during the winter you can still work out in our fitness area.

Our Fitness Area is a great place to warm up before your match. It features a treadmill, exercise bike, stairmaster and a universal weight machine for various forms of weight training.  Use the stationary bike, stairmaster or treadmill to improve your aerobic fitness or jump on the universal weight equipment to tone those muscles.

After your work out you can also relax in our men's or ladies' saunas.
