The Sarnia Riding Club asks for your name, address, mail address and other personal
information when you become a member or use our online detail sheet to book space for a function. This information allows us to communicate with you
through mailings, telephone calls and e-mail.
How does The Sarnia Riding Club protect your personal information?
Only management have access to email information on site.
Does The Sarnia Riding Club share the personal information it receives?
The Sarnia Riding Club is not in the business of selling member or client
information to others. We maintain a members list which is distributed to current members at their request and is not used as a mailing list by the
members. In addition, this information is provided to our auditor on an annual basis.
The Sarnia Riding Club reserves the right to co-operate with local, provincial and
national officials in any investigation requiring either personal information – including any personal information provided online – or reports about
lawful or unlawful user activities on the Web Site.
The Sarnia Riding Club reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any
time. We also reserve the right at any time to disclose any information in an individual's account:
- to satisfy any law, regulation or government request;
- if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to site operation (i.e. obtaining
